. : The Quick Story Behind The Build-Up Of The SpdKilz TT Z06 : .

On a cold windy day in early March of 2003 I drove home my Electron Blue C5 Corvette Z06 from the Woodfield Chevrolet.  At the time, I had absolutely no idea how much the car would change in the next four years of ownership.

Over the past four years, my car has gone through a few different phases.  I began by putting in a stereo system thinking I would never get use to the raw power of the Z06.  Soon enough I purchased headers, intake, and DR's for the car.  This livened it up a bit but not a whole lot.  The next big step was a head/cam package.  This bumped me up to 442rwhp and 410rwtq.  The car performed flawlessly and could hold it's own against most cars.  I was seriously debating not touching the car or doing anything major but then I threw all caution to the wind and dove in head first to get my custom Twin Turbo kit done by CM Racing.  That is it for now, but future plans include (obviously) building up my rear end/transmission and either forging the 347 or getting a LSX block.  That won't be for a while, but the goal is to be at 750+rwhp yet have it reliable on the street.

Below are a few of the better pictures I have taken of the Z06 during the past four years organized newest to oldest (on a side note I LOVE the black rims).  To see HUNDREDS more and additional in-depth information (Click Me).

Enjoy!
